Easily the worst VPN app, probably the worst android app, I've ever used. Aside from the expected hang ups and crashes (which are numerous), the app will occasionally fail completely silently. As in, you diagnose the problem by uninstalling zscaler and seeing if your other apps work. Oh yeah, zscaler crashes affect ~any and all other processes on your phone. And you can't disable zscaler - you have to uninstall it. 0 stars if I could.

This app is good for android version 8 and lower but very bad and worst experience for android version 9 and above it gets stuck to the point you can not uninstall the app, deactivate or able to interact with it. Am going to create a ticket for them to make it able remove it from my device. If you have android version 9 and above I genuinely advice you not to install this.

I don't know why, but it's constantly in a loop of reconnecting. I wouldn't care if it didn't also switch the app to the foreground and display toast notification that the connection was reestablished which blocks all interaction with the app, like signing out or disconnecting, and interrupts the use of other apps. Only the notification drawer and settings saved me allowing me to force stop the app.

Super annoying app. Can't disconnect from the VPN, even if you think you did it just reconnects itself. Navigation seems to take 10 minutes to respond and when you click on a button like turn off to disconnect. It doesn't update. OSX app is the same. Learn to build native apps or don't build them at all.

I work for an Insurance, not going to name the name. But we use ZScaler as the secured Network to use all our systems. Zscaler always connects & disconnects. When it does, all my systems freeze, lag and close out. It throws my phone system out of statuses, calls drop & goes into After Call waiting. It's very annoying!

Someone from zscaler please improve this experience. Have to opt into notifications that vibrate my phone all day. Cant figure out how to keep the vpn off (android auto wont work if its on). I uninstall/reinstalll repeatedly only for work purposes.

Very few options for customization, will turn on automatically even when you don't want to connect to it. The VPN is not "connected", but the app still has access to all of your traffic at any time and you are unable to turn this off without uninstalling force closing the process.

What a hell is wrong with this App? Avoid it like the pest. I installed it, it never managed to connect correctly, and it was impossible to disable it, disconnect it, or even uninstall it? Had to factory reset my whole phone to get rid of it. DON'T INSTALL IT !
