This app has bad booking algorithm. For example, I want to go from Malang to Tangerang. When I input Malang in "from" input, I did not found Tangerang in "to" input. Two weeks ago, I found it on the list. This is horrible for those who want to match the schedule and available book. The team should learn from other apps like travel****, K*I or Ag*da for searching algorithm. At least if you offer no book or full book on that date or destination, show it! don't hide it!

update Sept 2024. Seat selection jumbled up, its so hard to see the seating arrangement, let alone selecting one. Earn the title for Worst App Development of The Year for 3rd times in a row. Not working , confusing layout. Zero response from The Management.

Good apps, easy to register & convenient vehicle to travel. Perhaps I'm only fortunate to have no issues with this apps, unlike others who found trouble using this. What I like is the option of paying later at the latest 30 minutes before departure, which no other travel apps have. I only advise, please put Gambir Railway Station as your departure/arrival point in Central Jakarta. You'll have many passengers there. Keep up the good work, and drivers please be more carefully when driving.

Around these 1.5 months, the apps UI is not working well, the screen is blinking on my phone. I had to uninstall it and install again, the the screen got back to normal. This is my 2nd uninstalling of the apps. But so far the transaction is seamless, no hassle.

OTP was not received several times and when it was received, still can not login. I am sure it is because I already registered in the previous app. No option to login directly using existing account when accessing this app for the first time. Very bad user interface.

Simply terrible. This has happened multiple times: I cant order bus tickets because they don't show locations- dates- etc. Ive uninstalled and installed million times, and most of the times- it just wont work. I have no choice but to order from website. However customers cant earn points from website order, and I havent been able to redeem ANY of my points. When will this issue be fixed? This is terrible. Do you actually listen to our reviews? 🤨

Everytime I wanna open this app, I am directed to reregister again and again.. and that is not the main problem. What make it worst is the next step when I wait for the verivication code. It only spins around without any certainty when it will ends.. till now.

I can not pass through the registration screen. It never send verification code to my phone. Maybe because it already registered in the old app, however the app did not give any other way to login.
