The app is not functioning properly, and the call center doesn't respond to resolve the issue. Additionally, the shake feature is unreliable. When it fails, each attempt results in being charged again.

Terrible app. The monthly charge was higher then initally I aggreed with the provider. I have paid and tried to look what the charge was about in history, but only thing I see is stupid 0 amd charges for interner. It is same beeline with the worst things they had. Going to cancel my subscription tomorrow.

The internet and call balances are not available on the home page anymore, and I can't find them anywhere

Bad provider, reaponsing with days with know issues, always something broke.

For last several months the app often can't start, indicating "no internet connection", but other apps continue using internet successfully. Im also disappointed with the fact that when I run out of mobile internet I can't access the beeline app to top up balance. Isnt it possible to adjust so that only Beeline app works to let activating additional internet packages, for example. Will it overload your internet channel dramatically?

App doesn't work on Android 12. I've updated my phone to android 12 a couple of months ago and the app got removed when I tried to reinstall it failed. Ever since I contacted Beeline twice to make the changes and update the app but they could've be bothered to make the updates required to make the app work on A12

Terrible user experience. Not recommended. Majority of features are not working at all. Definitely the worst app I have ever used. Also whenever I make a payment using my bank card or other ways. The app takes my money while my balance is still 0. And that happened multiple times already.
