Keeps losing my login settings, i need to verify account every several days. Update. No, problem did not get resolved after one year.

When trying to login via biometric verification (thumbprint), the app just returns error with the message "wrong input" (սխալ ներածում) and that's it. You can't do anything and have to reinstall the app in order to login again. Moreover, this bug exists for at least couple of months when I started using it and it is still not fixed.

This new version is terrible. A simple failure to authenticate with a fingerprint logs you out of the system and you need to type your phone number in again, and then receive an SMS the code in which is simply impossible to copy and paste. The app opening animation is too long and you wait extra 20 seconds for the actual app to load. Too many errors and incredibly not user friendly UI/UX. GET THE OLD APP BACK

UPDATE: what a terrible response! And to other complaints as well. Bunch of ignorant developers who only care about their corporate agenda. App stupidly forces you to use PIN or Touch ID to log in. I don't have sensitive info in this simple app and DON'T want such measures. I only want it to be quick, but it is now very slow when launching, hidden behind the "nice" animations. Optimize app launch times and give me the option of choosing NOT to have any security barriers for a quicker experience.

It's more mobile view of website rather than a mobile app. It has poor UI/UX. Not easy to navigate and it is fully packed with content. Not possible to activate packages from the inside of the app, you have to use USSD code instead. It's the 3-rd time I am not getting a warning that my internet pakage is expired and I will be charged from my balance. Viva-MTS has such a service and it's quite usefull.

I would rate it higher, but just 1 star because i cannot use it. If you are a E-SIM user u cannot use the app. This issue was there for a while and I informed the company once a couple of months ago, but no luck with further updates. Please fix it. 25/4/22 - almost half year in past, the bug is still there)))
