Nice venue, horrible deal for a season pass. They claim unlimited play, yet, you have to wait like 60 seconds between swipes. So, if you play a game that offers tickets that you enjoy, you cannot scan it again for 60 seconds. This is irritating as it really limits what someone can do. I've explored the entire offer and nowhere does it say that. Since they offer no refund with this package, they don't tell you about the timer until after purchase. It's a scam!

This app refuses to work.I've been trying to get into it for over a year now. my phone number change. I call their customer service. They keep saying they're helping, but then they never email me back. I try to just set up a new account with my new phone number. But it's saying that my emails already connected to a different account so I use a completely different email.I've never used, and it keeps giving me error codes. so basically I can never use the app ever again, terrible, terrible.

The app is fine for the most part, but it's very difficult to use the tap feature on the games. My brother and I have different models of phones, yet both of us had difficulty getting the readers to register when we held our phones up to them. We had to try three or for times before we got the reader to turn yellow. It didn't seem to matter where we held our phones, either. It was practically a skill game in and of itself to get the games to recognize our "taps".

Hit or miss This app works great when it does, but when it doesn't, the internal kiosks also don't work, and you can't redeem your rewards. So when it works it's great. The updates are delayed, so if you're about to level up and you're on site, it'll take a few hours for the points to be credited to your account.

I did actually like the apps and the fact that you can put your powercard on your Google wallet on your phone is super handy so you can't lose it but I non stop wasting having trouble getting mine to actually read, I will say that was just during one night of being there though and I'll be going back sometime soon with my daughter and hope to not being having the same issue. But still overall really enjoyed the app.

I've only been using the app for a couple of months, but I haven't encountered any issues with it up to this point. Being able to keep track of my Game Chips remaining and current Tickets in (close to) real time is a nice touch. Being able to see the current promotions in effect (50% off food, e.g.) is also a plus. At some point, I'm probably going to have to pay for a "recharge" without the benefit of receipt coupons...having the ability to do so from the app (anywhere, anytime) is helpful.

Can't even link my old account. I keep getting stuck in error loops. Plus getting the deals on the old app was what made it worth driving all the way to d&bs. Haven't gone since the old app quit working. Won't bother until they get a working app back up and running with deals again. Edit update: Obviously the app is garbage if their customer support has to reach out to each person individually to ask them to call to help. Apps should work for the vast majority by default, not exception.

Been a longtime customer for Dave and Busters, long enough to have used the app that came before this new one. The new app has only worked one time for me about a month ago. I saw a good deal in my inbox today, and decided to redeem it. However, the app gives me an error every time I try to charge money to my credit card. I decided to restart my phone and check my network, which did nothing. App had all permissions. I wanted to delete my old card and add a new one, but it won't let me add one!
