Getting worse and worse. Can't access tickets, goes round in circles, tells me to update password, then doesn't allow log in on the updated password. Was able to finally get in for R1 but R3 the dance has started all over again. It never "remembers you" and now saying my password has expired after less than two weeks. Horrible experience. All I want is an easy way to get my digital ticket. And don't get me started on needing to access location all of the time...!

I can not access my tickets in the app. I log into ticketmaster and then see my tickets, but when I click them, it tells me the page doesn't exist anymore and i have to click some wierd dog photo to return home. I deleted and reinstalled the app and signed in again, but nothing changed. The app force closed due to a "bug" and made me clear the app cache. Still nothing has changed. Horrendous experience so far. Lucky I have my tickets in my email inbox

Really a poor quality app. The content from the club is great and news comes in very speedily, but basically all I get is notifications because I can rarely actually get the app to open. I download my tickets to Google Wallet because it takes too long opening the app to get in at the Perth Stadium gates.

As I live in England this app is the only thing that keeps me fully informed with what's going on at the club. I manage to get to watch the games on Apple tv, so I can see for myself how the players are performing, but there is no detail on the tv about the club itself. I'm coming over to Fremantle in March of 2025, so I'm hoping to catch a game at the Optus Stadium.

SLOW CLUNKY HIGH SCHOOL CODING PROJECT. Since they switched to this "digital ticket" way of doing things, every time downloading your ticket is HELL! It never remembers your login details, and when it does it never updates your tickets to the latest ones, you have to sign out and re-login with your freo account, then login with the ticketmaster account, then link them together (EVERY TIME...), and if the app has not crashed so far, MAYBE download you ticket. I hate this so much. If offered, I would have gladly paid extra on top of my membership to have our usual physical card to access the games, but nope...we're stuck with this rubbish app.

It gives me what I need in terms of my team, and that feature of being able to look through all of the photos of trainings and matches is also very good because there are some bangers from the freo photographers, it is also very helpful being able to access my tickets for matches

Terrible app getting tickets is a nightmare. Just keep going around in circles and keeps telling you to do the same thing over and over with no resolution to the problem. RUBBISH

Forces the user to allow notifications or it won't open. Like the team it represents it all to often fails to work altogether. Overall (unfortunately) a poor user experience.
