This is a laughably bad app. In the age of digital security, what kind of online account does not allow for special characters within a password. Had to uninstall and reinstall just to be able to logout in order to access the change password option. If there is a way to do this in app I could not find it. And then there is the janky integration of ticketmaster in order to register tickets.

Not happy with the app this year. Not able to email the club only telstra. The stats are gone with no top 5 in each category ao you have to search each player to see who has the most marks, handballs, goal ect ect. Why change a good thing from last year. Very disappointing as usual. ET'S always think there above everyone else, just make simple and easier to read. No need to complicate the system when you didn't need to in the first place. Why?

Constant problems with receiving tickets apparently related to being signed into the Ticketek site and not the MFC MEMBERSHIP. This is not obvious unless you drop down the top banner to give the option of signing in to the MFC account. Before this the page says you have not purchased or received any tickets and shows you as signed in.

The MFC app frequently fails to start and often cuts out part way through videos, e.g. if I put up the volume or try to enlarge the viewing area. It's incredibly fragile and has been for a long time. It is extraordinary that it has not been fixed before now. Go Dees!

Too slow to open, way too slow (sitting on logo then picture of Petracca and Hore too long) and I have then to step thru 3 qualifying pages before getting to the actual site. It managed to do this all on its own and now is a timewaster annoyance. Good when you get to the app

Absolutely shocking. Just stuck in a constant loop of logging into ticketmaster only to get sent to another ticketmaster login. Whats the point of paying membership fees only to not get into games because the club can't make an app that works. Please just go back to membership cards, no one wanted an app.

This app hasn't worked since the end of the 22 season. I get asked to enable push updates, and then it freezes from then on. How am I supposed to get into games with this?! Bring back the members card Samsung S21 Ultra running latest updates and UI.
