It's functional, it definitely makes the workplace easier to operate, especially with so many different clients, visits, and staff members to manage. SSO makes for quick login, which is especially nice when you're focused on trying to make it to your shift on time, however, there is the odd time where the SSO login process doesn't work properly and you have to keep trying it until it does. I've only ever had one issue where I couldn't login and had to contact my company, but it was widespread.

The app constantly times me out, even when I'm charting. And now it won't let me sign in, telling me my password is incorrect and doesn't send a link to my email so I can change it. This app is supposed to make my job easier/more efficient, not make it impossible to do. I have no uninstall/reinstall this app, and it still won't allow me to sign in. It will not take neither email nor password. Oh, and the developer has been no help whatsoever.

Please make it so any text field is saved live whether the app glitches and kicks you out of the text, the app crashes, you fat finger it or whatever. Luckily I write it down on paper first so I'm not sol, but retyping it has caused me to be late clocking out too many times as I'm not allowed to leave it blank, clock out and fill it in later as to not have to field calls and emails about how I clocked out 1 minute late.

I've had to uninstall and reinstall this app 3x in 1 Year! It's slow to load, logs you out of a clients service when that service is only 30 minutes!!! It changes the way you log onto the app whenever it feels like it. The fact that I have to have my Location on to actually even log in to the app is annoying. When i have a 9hr service it drains my battery having both data and gps on. It doesn't show all relevant info when there are spaces for said info to go.

Login should be much simpler. It does not stayed logged in, and half the time the browser isn't connected. Wastes a lot of time.

Having been using app for about 3 months + now. The app is extremely slow and lags when a button is pushed. The app is also not very intuitive to show full schedule and other things related to scheduled hours. My phone is a one plus 12.

If i could use no star, this would be it. It kept loosing my charted notes. I have the android version. Sent in many complaints but nothing being done! What took 4 pages worth of stuff to chart now spans out to 19 pages in the app. I now had to scroll up and down in order to see what information i entered and back and forward to see other chartings for my work. Worse is my company is paying for this garbage.

Unable to clock in and clock out and app tells me you have some pending interventions to complete and have to input fluid description response several times and then the response gets erased.
