The app keeps crashing after update it doesn't even open!

Can't login 💩💩💩 Not worth a single star at all. Only notified rejected/approved claims via company email and nothing on app notification section. Email stated that rejected/approved details can check on app but no such detail exists. No history list of existing/past claims. No detailed status info for rejected/approved claims. Had to call customer support to find out the details since website also no specific reason is stated for rejection. All in all, very bad user experience for this app.

I couldn't login. The password requirements on the website don't match the app. I had to reset my password in the app, which asked for a stronger password, then I got in. The default keyboard is changed, I had to manually type my email every single time. I was not asked to use fingerprints to login as it suggested, I went into settings & enabled it, we'll see if it actually works... Once finally logged in, it was OK. 2 of the menu options just open the website, but all in one place is handy.

If I could give this 0 stars I would! Forcing a default keyboard. Not accepting copy/paste from a password manager. As soon as the app loses focus the fields are cleared. Bitwarden auto fill just crashes the app right out. No biometric option. Shoddy. Very shoddy. This is not what I expect as a modern user friendly app. Having developed software for over 36 years professionally, I know this can be much better. Sort it out.

This app just doesn't work. Ironically the home screen only contains a single message claiming to be a "one stop shop for all your benefit needs". There is nothing else. Only a drop down to log out and access personal details. I have uninstalled the app and tried again, but to no avail. Pity, it would have been great to access my pension details on the phone.

Completely pointless front end login to your web site. What's the point? Update to my review 18 months after my original review and, it's still completely pointless. Impossible to login to with a password manager - just crashes. You'd be better off just using the website which, with a few improvements, would be more mobile friendly. Bin the app. Save our money for our pensions instead.

Do you want an app that crashes on startup? Would you like an app that complains about the choice of keyboard you use? Are you interested in an app that makes it near impossible to log in using complex passwords and as soon as you finish typing it in by hand because you can't use a password manager or copy your long password only to get a loading screen that does not work for minutes, to only get a menu that links you the webpages you could just use a browser for. Then this app is for you...
