I've successfully cashed out but it takes AAAAAAAGES. It's fun, but a few complaints; Too many spam questions, and reporting doesn't seem to do much. There's not enough ways to earn coins - the polls pay very very occasionally and surveys are rare. Additionally, it seems like a couple achievements are glitched (eg, "answer 10 polls from people you follow" which I've done, but didn't get the badge). No ads though, which is kind of a blessing.

It's really not a good survey app. You take polls that other users make. That's easy albeit tedious. Then each time you level up, you get a quick survey or two. No other surveys have been available except when leveling up. I'm at level 8 and have $2.08 that I can't cash out until $10. Takes dozens or hundreds of polls to level up. They also added a "are you speeding" pop up to polls that prevents you from answering. No I'm not speeding, I can read fast!

Couldn't even use it because it said no signal as soon as it opened and the retry button didn't do anything. I force closed and reopened the app 3 times and it didn't help. I saw other reviews mentioning this too. Even if it's just occasional, it's pretty sucky for an app to just be unusable sometimes. Sorry, I'll re-download and fix my rating if you fix your servers or something.

The Google log-in no longer works. I have had an account for a long while, but cleared the app data after my last cashout and tried to log back into my account using my regular Google log-in (that previously has worked every other time), but now it won't work, it keeps showing a pop-up error message: "Something went wrong, please try again in a moment".

Been using this over a year now, still a good app had a few payouts with no issues. However since a recent update i have a survey stuck there, i have completed it numerous times but it does not credit and then puts the same survey right back again. No other surveys have appeared for nearly 2 weeks, kinda annoying since i only need 43 points for next cashout and no way to get it until surveys work again. Plz fix quick for 5 stars.

The app works well and really does pay. However, after my first pay out surveys are hardly ever available so it's hard to make money again. I'm getting maybe 3 surveys available a week. If they pick up again I'll update this review UPDATE: I'm now lucky if I get one survey a week, and frequently don't the amount of credit that it says you'll get. If I don't start getting more surveys soon, I'll be deleting

The app was amazing until the recent update. Withdrawal is not as easy again. It just seems as time wasting app right now. Kindly bring back the old way of withdrawal, this new one is trash.

Absolutely loved this app but since the update (31.7.24) I can no longer log in or access my account. I have tried to get in touch via multiple channels but emails come back telling me to use the support feature within the app but how can I do this if I cannot log into the app? I'm on level 40 and have built up all my points but yet I am locked out as I keep getting the error message 'something went wrong,please try again in a moment' but it's been showing this message ever since. Help?
