I'm losing hours of my life to this app! It will not log and register the completed training for longer than a few days. So I have been doing the same modules over and over again as it is expected that all training be at 100% in order to keep my job. If you are running an app on which people's livelihoods depend it really shouldn't be glitching this badly. There's not even anywhere you can report an issue and get help yourself. If I could give 0 stars I would.

Terrible load times on web interfaces, disturbing faces, bad optimization and no way to turn off effects to speed up load times. Only perk so far is that you can turn off sound.

Great idea n fun when it works. Having trouble for a month now with login and loading. There was an update a month ago and I've had nothing but problems since. If this isn't fixed I could loose my job for not having this done. Please fix this now. Remove this latest update some how.

This app is straight-up unusable. Drains my battery, overheats my phone, crashes and freezes constantly. I have mandatory training to do for my new job but I can't even get past the first section because the assessments won't load. I'll open a PDF module, read through it and when I click away I get an error message and it won't recognize that I read through it. I've been fighting with this app for almost 3 hours now. Absolute waste of time.

The content is actually great but the app is glitchy. Even though I checked the box to remember me, I have to log back in each time and enter a code sent to my email. Unfortunately, it's not very easy to navigate to my email, I am jabbing the bottom of my screen to switch windows but it takes several attempts. Exiting the app requires completely logging out and you can't do that without Internet connection. I can do this with other mobile games. Exiting leads to a page with language options.

If I could give a negative number of stars, I would....this gaming training is mandatory and doesn't seem to work on a phone provided by the company, it takes way too long and is counter productive. Even waiting 24 hours and relogging in, app still freezes at same point...no point wasting time when it won't work. Have only gotten thru level 7, am now locked out because app kept freezing on me and wasting time... This training does me absolutely no goid at all, what a waste of time.

I would give this app a negative rating. I'm supposed to do a mandatory training but I can't even get through section 1. The intro goes through but trying to get through the 1 training part it freezes. It annoying I've already uninstalled it many times and it's still doing the same. I'm just gonna keep trying it times me out after the 2 hours and seeing my score is any outrageous because I can't even get through the 1 training. You all need to fix these ASAP. Very annoyed with this

I had to use this for Marston's. Firstly, using your phone number to access, which can take up to 15 minutes to come through is an absolute joke. Secondly, whoever had the genius idea of mixing training with "games" need to take a good look at themselves in the mirror. The UI is terrible, the "games" look like something made for the PS1 demo discs, and I'll need therapy to get over having to look at the vacant stares of the "people" in the app. Condescending, patronising shite.
