I don't know what nonsense they are playing at the back-end but whenever they update their application it malfunctions and keep saying to update.. and then they fix it after several days. And this, it turns out to be, they have made it to be their routine (to always upload a faulty version and then fix it a few days later.)

First of all you always send the wrong bill i use my loyalty points for discount but you never give me any discount i have to pay the whole price. This time when i ordered power house burger there was no cheese in it and the sauce was also very less. The reason why i order from Kuchi's is because they have cheese in burgers but this time i was very disappointed and the power house was so dry because there was very little sauce.

Support team is useless because everytime something is wrong with the order or the food quality is not good or they forget to send some items they always tell me to please manage this time it won't happen again and one time I ordered a chicken bucket through my mastercard they called me they don't have the fried chicken you only two options we send you crunch burgers or wings otherwise if they cancel my order I will get refund after 15 days please improve your services

I ordered Chicken burger and crispy chicken and it was tasteless and way bad. Worst experience ever that i have to throw it as it was not even edible

I ordered from quetta and my order was confirmed after that i got it but when i opened some of the items were missing although they did not charged me for the missing items but the thing is why did you CONFIRMED MY ORDER If you were not having the required things
