This is more about the service than the app. The app and internet service has been fine so far, but the cable service leaves a lit to be desired. Picture freezes, and the guide is not always accurate. The audio and video do not always sync. Frankly, the cable service is pathetic. Not impressed with the cable service at all. Blue Ridge Cable sucks. WORST. CABLE. SERVICE. EVER.

Well the App itself is plain. Nothing but limited and basic options. Only allows upgrades on your internet packages only. (No downsizing or downgrading at all online) So you constantly have to reach out to their CSRs whom are never on the same page as each other. They are extremely expensive on their tv options. But their Internet prices and packages are reasonable and very fast and Ive never experienced any issues with their internet. They certainly could improve in many aspects.

Update 1-3-21: Hadn't used the app in a while because it was so bare bones. It's gotten a lot better now, its finally a real replacement for their website. 5 stars Previous review: okay if you want to see your balance or chat with support. But for the love of everything please allows us to see data usage inside the app. It's a pain to have to log into the website everyday to make sure I'm staying under 44.4 GB a day average on a 1.4 TB monthly cap. Why is feature missing from the app?

you can't view your bill every time I try to view my bill it says no bill to view. I have spoke with blue Ridge they have acknowledged it has been a problem but i can still pay my bill. No i would like to view it before i do that is the whole point of having the online service. It gas been several months and problem still not fixed.

3 months for BR to process these phones, now both of them are hacked. I am so disgusted. This app doesn't do anything but give the hacker more information. Can't tell you how many times i've factory reset these phone. Total Protection allowed my computer to be erased since 2015. But nobody is available to get it back up and running. Before they have these devices and safeguards they need people who know more about the features to help the customers.

On the app showed I have no bills due, using the download or view section. Today get a late notice in the mail ? And charged a late fee. So much for going paperless. So paid it immediately, but why does the app show I have no bill ? And yes , I did check if the app was up to date. Makes me look delinquent now. Thanks

even tho, I pay full price, I do not get full price worth of service. every 20 minutes, the wifi has complications and impedes on my simple every day tasks. I have brought this up many times and have been ignored, bullied, or pushed aside. disgustingly unprofessional.

Can't check data usage Just crashes everytime you try. But it's par for the course with their actual service. Numerous techs just band aid a failing system.
