Spectrum provides one of the few best choices for your Internet needs with great rates with options including the spectrum app for self setup with great speed of high speed data all month long for the best rates available in almost every area and to top it off they also have great bundles including cable tv, plus, my favorite part the cellular phone services, you can add your own phone or you can purchase a phone they provide with a option to keep your number or set up a new one. if you want an app that continually doesn't work, this is the one for you. there's a link at the top currently on mine that says to click it for updates on restoration during a storm, it just takes you back to the beginning of the app. there's an ad at the bottom about adding on a $10 service to upgrade your internet, I click on it and it just asks me to sign back into the app. worthless.

Can't view my account because it says something about webview needing to be enabled, but I can't find anything under that to enable or disable. Will change once the problem has been resolved. Update it was an app to app glitch. So, if you have Game Hub on your phone, either never use it or disable it. I figured this out while talking with a Spectrum customer service agent. She tried to up sell me on service when I was only looking for help with the app.

The two latest updates doesn't allow the app to open. I get this message: "Webview is disabled in this device. Please enable webview in your device settings and try again ". All updates prior to these (one yesterday and today) I've never had a problem. I haven't changed any settings and looked in my settings and do not have a webview. I've uninstalled the app then reinstalled to see if it fixed the problem but it has not. I thought the second update was the fix but apparently not.

The app is bad. Very laggy, forces you to be on the page to restart a modem, doesnt allow you to do basic stuff like set a static ip address. The internet sevice is even worse, intermediate connection drops, even the router randomly turning off not even allowing local access to other devices. The support is even even worse. Useless support and they try to make you go through an even more useless chat app. Just bad.

Since recent Sept update, unable to use app except to see how much I owe. Settings were automatically changed and removed all abilities to access account: verification, support services, offers, etc. This is not the first time upgrades have essentially rendered usage of app pointless. Telephoning is highly undesirable due to waiting times. Frustrated and disappointed after trying to use app for 10 months.

It's ridiculous that you can ADD any feature that will RAISE your bill yet nothing to help budget it!! Use to be able to set up mobile data limits from the app and not have to do it through each actual phone. What happens when your paying for a phone you don't come into contact with??? Which I am sure happens more often then people think. Just another way to squeeze more money out of people and keep people broke. If you can add features I should be able to control data limits.

This "app" is the most frustrating thing about spectrum--it's just a wrapper for the mobile version of the webpage...that refuses to work if it isn't up to date, with more hoops to jump through to log in than my bank. And then the only info you get for internet problems is "we don't see any issues", "we don't see your device", or "please visit this link for more updates :)" except the link doesn't work on mobile--it sends you back to the main page. Desperately needs an actual app.
