I keep trying to go the credit card option so I can pay my bill, but I'm getting is an error message saying it's MY connection that is bad! Try again. I love the service at my local store, but this app needs to work so people don't get charged late fees because the didn't pay their bill! - Very frustrated customer

excellent app for keeping vehicles in running condition, tracking the maintenance needed and when it was last done, let's you schedule appointment and load offers for services with sale or coupon prices. only downside is the app often loads multiple services that are part of service already loaded into potential appointment.

Great Service, even when the mechanics were being yelled at by some ignorant customer, they keep their cool and tried explaining the situation. I trust them as they do great work.

My experience at Tires Plus was good. I made an appointment because its a busy establishment and my car was brought in in a reasonable amount of time. Gentleman at desk was nice and knowledgeable. Good custimer service. Font feel I overpaid, Tires are great alignment is spot on.

Sept 8, 2020 wouldn't open. uninstalled, reinstalled. still nothing. bad app in 2017. worse now. 2017: i don't know how many times i've tried to load (only to find everything gone the next time i return) the service history. near countless. please either fix or remove feature. but, please don't leave the feature unfixed.

Auto records hasn't worked since 2021. Otherwise useful to check on sales and coupons and to make appointments. Please fix the auto records. Update auto records still don't work. Can't import anything.

Why bother with the app. I have set appointments twice on this app with times that seem to be available only to have them call me back to tell me that can't do it at that time and having to reschedule. The app should have the times disappear if there is something scheduled.

I love Tires Plus. They've been taking care of me for quite a long time now. I've actually put my 2 daughters on my account. For car care service. And if they forget something or miss something they always correct it. There service is awesome, the staff are awesome. I have no negatives to say about Tires Plus car care center, in Capital Heights. Maryland.. They're always glad to go back and fix it. They're awesome and I'll never take my 2018 Toyota Camry anywhere else.
