Ride didnt finished because of app bug and got fined for that. And now i see other people get their money back when they just forgeting to finish ride? Updated app and now my rides costs x2 of what it was.... Trash app, actually the worst of moscow carshering

Was skeptical of the bad reviews, but they make money out of fining you. Many of the cars are damaged or dirty inside, if you don't photos of every corner, they can fine you. You'll have to pay it in three days or they are eligible to take legal actions. Submitting to review your fine will yield nothing because it will (if it will at all) take much more days to reach the queue's end. Scratch the car? Pay for completely new parts to see it continuing to take orders normally right after.

The app got quite a few annoying bugs and slow overall - don't use it if you are in a hurry Be ready to: 1) wait for 20+ min while on a phone with the helpline as you can't finish the rent due to bug 2) book the car within 5 min walk and then it can suddenly change the location and be nowhere near (Like 51 min walk) 3) walking time is calculated incorrectly ->radar is no good 4) Wait for 21 min as you can't start a ride, due to "400" bug 5) get compensated less than you lost due to bugs

Application forever fails to switch to another language than a system one. Developers are constantly emails about non existing updates. Not intuitive navigation inside app. Next version often completely different than a previous ones. Terrible usability for the paid application.

the crew of service pretty much cares only about monetization, but not ux. or thinks that ux is related only to ui. The car park is not that bad, but you can easily get a broken car 3/5. It happened a lot to me. app is bad 2/5. they got me as a client only because with 0 years of car driving experience there is only their service that allows you in. definitely quitting delimobil after I get a year of driving experience

I installed the app, saw that they ask about a lot of documents and just removed it. But they are sending to me emails every week and I unsubscribe from them each time but they still sent to me. I think they have raw product even if this small thing doesn't work well.

Turns out that this service only has a civil responsibility coverage instead of full coverage, so when I made a very small dent in their car and told them, they practically robbed me of all my money (let's just say I paid the amount equal to 10 repairs of this dent). If that ever happens to you I would recommend cutting you cc off immediately and let them pursue you legally than the fine might get reasonable. I will never use this or any other service again unless provided with a full coverage.
