I've been skeptical of the concept of buying a car this way however I was in a MVA; I was T-boned by someone that blew a light & not mobile. To be able to log on to an app, have over 500 choices of one particular model was frankly amazing. To be able to set up delivery of a vehicle is beyond convenient. I was able to search finance and purchase a vehicle all in one night!

This App is not very reliable and does not sync with there website. They always have "IT" issues which cause more delays in every step of the process. If you are thinking about buying a car from them make sure you plan accordingly. They are very disorganized and will rush you through the process only to have you wait. They just cancelled my car pickup on us less the 24 in advance even after full approval. Now wait 2 more weeks :( Unless you are saving a TON of money I would pass on using them.

DESERVES ZERO STARS. Found car I'd like to buy. App is NOT WORKING!!!! Stuck at cash or finance their save and continue button nonfunctional no matter what I select. Their timer has gone from 37 minutes to about to be 0 minutes wait for stupid button to activate. Found way around finance with carvana forced -- cannot do own financing. Managed to find their phone and its not answered.

3rd time was supposed to be a charm with the company, but nope... They make you believe you have everything in order to get a vehicle such as; credit check, co-singer if needed, give you terms with an amount of down payment and shipping....you pay the down payment and shipping cost give copies of driver's license(s) and insurance paperwork and then boom you suddenly need to have bills and other BS which BTW is soooo outdated, everything is electronically paid and guess what no car. No ship $$$

I had a great experience with my local carvana dealer but i have issues with the app. I had to upload my documents through my browser because the app would get stuck on loading every time i tried to upload my insurance card. It didnt matter if it was a pdf or a screenshot. I refreshed, i tried with and without wifi, i uninstalled and reinstalled. I reached out to chat support who was so unhelpful i might as well not have bothered. The app also glitched out on the favorites tab frequently.

Horrendous service. I bought a car and scheduled delivery. 1 hour after scheduled time ended the let me know it had a mechanical issue and was delayed. Same thing happened the next week at appt they scheduled. They also couldn't provide any explanation as to what was wrong with car. Customer service was useless. In addition to having my car delayed 3 weeks when I went to cancel it will take another 3 weeks to get my refund. they just have several thousand dollars for 2 months with no service

Carvana is easily the best experience when it comes to car buying period. I will never go to another dealership as long as this app exists. The experience is so seamless I simply cannot justify sitting in a dealership ever again. My only complaint is that the warranty process for fixing issues that should be dealt with during the inspection phase anyways was a little more difficult than I would have liked.

1st experienxe was good. The process was lengthy but deal was closed. 2nd experience turned into a disaster, i decided to go for a 2nd car with them. Application went trough they ran my credit and withdrawn the down payment off my checking account. All that in 3 mns. Right after, 5 security questions came in app says my answeres were incorrect and banned me from using their financing for 6 months. They cancelled my order. It's been more than 15 days now never got refunded, despite many follow up
