App stinks, up until a few weeks ago the app was perfect, live 24 hour streaming. Now you have to click or tap after about 30 minutes to get it to play. I wrote the app owners to report the problem, there response was it was always like that. I know for a fact it was not, I had this app for over a year now and except one other time, which they did fix the problem now there words it has never been live stream. By reading some of the reviews it seems that most would agree, they need to fix it.

Useless. Can not set sensitivity. Will pick up every dust particle. Can not set detection area. So annoying that I have had to turn off all notifications. So what is the point of a security camera that constantly gives false notifications. Should have settings to limit what it picks up and area of detecting. Wish I never bought the camera now Also when I went to the developers website, based on their email, closeli.cn, I got a red flag that this was a hacker website and not to trust it.

App is a little glitchy. Trying to review SD videos is a pain using the slider. Would like to use the same button that AWS stored videos use instead of scrolling through the whole day. Cameras seem to shut off night vision when motion is detected which totally sucks. Not a bad system if you have patience and are recording lighted areas. Would overlook those issues if I could integrate with Google home.

All of the pictures and reviews are gone but the questions remain? Something isn't right. These camera used to let you sent areas by selecting boxes, if something would move it would notify you but they took that away. Additionally, these cameras are supposedly 1080p but the app clearly says 720p only, what is up with that? The camera used to record motion when it was set to my SDcard, now it does nothing and the app just got an update. What is going on? These cameras are too expensive to be downgraded and I purchased 3!

App working decently again. One thing I'll say is, for good or for bad, they are constantly are updating it... BUT, sometimes those updates break features (I.E. one update once broke continuous video playback while the device screen was on - so the camera/screen would go to sleep after a minute with no way to configure otherwise). They fixed that, thankfully, and have added some decent stuff since (screen shots in app, and live video recording to viewing device w/o subscription required). But the bad is, they currently have annoying (albeit silent) ads on boot up, and they've removed the day/date/hour/minute timestamps from the video feed (I get some people may not have liked it, but I did). Anyway, it's decent, could be better.

Last update made app unusable! With the latest update, the video feed now has a short timeout. After about 15 minutes, the video feed pauses and you must click it to resume playback. For those of us using this as a baby monitor at night time, this renders it useless! Please remove this timeout or add a way to turn it off.

This app use to give a live continuous feed so while we're sleep, we can hear if our baby is crying or awake. Now after an app update, we have to constantly press play after a certain time frame constantly? Especially at night? This app is no longer safe for babies 5 months and older because of that change. It can be good for watching pets or a child's taking a nap during the day, but if you're a parent and want to have a peace of mind at night, I recommend using something else than this.

Don't purchase their equipment if you don't want the monthly bill. 30 day cloud subscription gives you perfect monitoring. After its over and try to record on your on sd hard the are all types of issues. Very frustrating, research and purchase somewhere else!!!!
