I think It's an awesome camera, I've had it for 2 years and haven't had 1 issue with it so far and have been using pretty much non stop through the years and through the cold winter months as well.. I would definitely recommend one to anyone looking for a good reliable product that takes amazing pictures as well..I have no complaints as of yet and hopefully will have none to come. 👍🏼

I've been using this app for a couple of years. It's mostly a great app. Only 2 complaints I have are the pop-up ads about new products and the amount of time it takes for new photos to arrive. Why does it take 10 minutes for a new photo to upload. As for the pop-ups, ENOUGH already, we know you have a new 360° trail camera available. How about focusing on getting the devices you already have to upload faster? Last thing, I only reviewed this app because it won't stop begging for one.

picture quality is not the greatest, even at 16mb resolution. setup is pretty easy, and the ability to take a pic on demand is great. would be nice to be able to capture video, but you get what you pay for. I sent a question Into the support email and never received a response, so don't count on tech support.

I have 2, one worked great for 2 years. the other worked great 1 year. now both work for a week or so then they stop sending pictures. they may dump a week's worth of pictures at once or may not send at all. the picture quality is not great at all. pictures are really grainy. for $20 a month it's ridiculous. I will be going with different cameras next year

This is my first cellular trail camera (Muddy Mitigator) and I am pretty blown away by how easy it was to get going. I like how you can customize pretty much everything right from your app. The only thing I find annoying is that the app logs you out every, single, time. Even if the *remember me* option is checked. If they fix that, they'll get 5 stars from me.

I've never owned a trail camera before in my life and I've shot hundreds of deer. I bought two of the Deceptor Max cameras this season.... and I absolutely love them. The picture quality is amazing. They were very easy to set up. There is an on-demand option which allows you to take a photo with the camera from your phone. I will be buying two more next season. Four stars because sometimes the notifications are not instant... sometimes they take up to an hour to receive.

Pictures on the app cycle so fast that I can't even look at them. Make it stop! I want to scroll through slowly. After using it a while I've added one more star. I think I have figured out how to watch the TOO FAST scrolling of the pictures on the home page, but I would like to slow down the cycling. Also, I downloaded the HD photo using the button, but cannot figure out how to see them, or where they are. There is no directions or training that I can find as of 9/16/2024.

easy to use and navigate; however, i only gave it 3 stars because the data plans are a bit higher than other brands for the unlimited service, and requesting hd photos takes 5 to 10 business years and customer service will not answer emails to save their life. if spypoint wasn't so bad I'd go back to them but I'll stay with stealth/muddy until I move to tactacam next year unless they have a turn around in the way they handle customer service as well as fixing the non existent hd photo request.
