This service is the worst. They constantly rip you off for money, make it impossible to add new artists without double or tripling your payments and then you lose all accumulated texts additions when you're forced to cancel and re-add the same members to get a more expensive ticket. There's zero customer service or assistance. Frankly if the idols didn't post pics and then talk about them in other platforms I would think the whole app is a scam. Is it possible to give a -100 rating?

Love this app. I've had ZERO issues with the app since I got it. Read the reviews and im shocked people have had issues. It's personally worth the money. I have PLAVES Noah and ZB1s Matthew subscribed and I've Enjoyed all the moments. I get notified all the time when they go live and such. Have had ZERO issues with payments. Just wish we had more room for works besides a 50 work limit. Other than that, this app is a must have!!!

All pay the same subscription price for an artist, but only made the download and screenshot available to iOS users. In the next update, make that feature available for everyone. We are not able to maximize the experience of using this app because of that, and also the replay that's only available for 24 hours. The notification isn't working well too. I missed Bubble lives because it doesn't notify me. sad. :(

다 괜찮은데, 요즘 내 메시지들이 전송이 안 돼요. 이모지 때문일 수도 있다고 생각해서 안 쓰기 시작했는데, 그래도 똑같아요. 음.. 이 정도면 이걸 사용하는 의미가 없는 것 같아요 Everything is fine, but recently, my messages aren't being sent. I figured it might be because of the emoji, so i stopped using it, too.. but still the same. Hmmm.. at this point, I don't see the point of using this.

The bubble live is unreplayable!!!! And I've missed my subscribed artist messages numerous times until today including live call!!!! Even though I've turn on notification reminder!!!! What's wrong with you??!! You're not doing anything until now!!!! Give my money back if you're not doing your job!!!!

Updated review: New update still doesn't process all messages. I have pending messages that are detected as sent so I can not send different messages. I can now delete the pending messages after closing the app completely. the option to resend or delete the pending message. Please fix the pending message bug.

sick and tired of this app,notifications aren't coming up for each message,lives aren't coming up when I click it,my messages aren't sending to artists yall gotta fix this.

there's so many bugs in this app. the most annoying one is that my messages never finish sending, and i can't even cancel them. so i lost the 3 chances to text the artist. idk. i'm seriously considering asking for a refund, cuz this is a rob.
