Worse experience! That most definitely does not work. I put in a request to have my electric shut off on September 1st if I moved out of the apartment on August 31st. I just found out that it was never shut off and I had paid September's bill and now I have to pay October's bill and I just got it shut off the day. Worst company. Worst app. Worst service.

I'm pretty sure Duke Energy sold my information. I paid my bill online last night, it's the only thing I've used lately that I had to put in my phone and today from 8am to right now, 528pm I gotten 25 phone calls from telemarketers about Medicare benefits. It's completely ridiculous, I suggest if you use this app don't give them your phone number. I haven't gotten any telemarketing calls for months until I signed up on the Duke app.

Terrible app and a one of the worst power companies. I NEVER receive any notifications regarding power outages or when power is restored. The app is totally focused on you making a payment even if you have automatic payments set up. Worthless for anything other than sending Duke Energy money.

I am rarely able to log into this app. The sign in function simply does nothing. Of those few times I am able to log in the app has about a 50% failure rate for providing accurate info. I know there is high volume usage at this time but looking at reviews this is a norm for this app. It is not complicated to fix something like this you simply have to pay a developer to do the work.

Won't Even Login. I've had an account for years. Can access on PC. The moment I try to login on this app, I don't even get an error, it just refuses to load past the login screen

I have to change my password every single time I sign on to make a payment. Every single time I sign on a get an error message about my password etc and to use the can't sign in / chang password to fix. I can change it, immediately sign out and try to sign back in with the exact same password and get the same error. An absolutely poor user experience and terrible support from Duke Energy for allowing this to continue to be an issue. Update 7/6/24 This app still sucks.

Current app version lacks functionality to download .pdf copy of bill on Andriod or Samsung phone. This was possible on prior app versions. Advised Duke of this lack of functionality in June 2024 but still has not been corrected.

App login needs to be reworked. It never recognizes my credentials and i have to login using the "forgot password" option literally every single time. Please fix this issue.
