Impressive app full of useful information. Unfortunately, it has some usability flaws: 1- After one morning working on our project, the day after it is just gone. Dozens of notes and preselected samples lost :( 2- Once a colour is selected in a project, clicking on it should open it. Instead, you have to go to the menu and type its name (or scan it). Because of #1, I now kind of hesitate rebuilding my project in the app...

App loads forever, doesn't remember your settings, when the phone gets to sleep any decor you had picked to compare gets lost and you have to find it again. Looks basically like a bad executed high school project.

App keeps crashing on android platform (Samsung S8, S8+ and S20+). Impossible to use. Please, do something about this. If you need any help with recommendation to great dev teams do not hesitate to contact me. :) Cheers!

Keep crashing, takes ages to load. Not user friendly. Its a great idea but Need lots of improvement :( Im in london and using english language. I cant see catalogue it keeps crashing. Try to uninstall and reinstall the app as well.

The app crashes at every step. There is nothing I can't do to keep the app working. Maybe it is a statement of the quality of their products. Fixed it by reselecting language. Still 1 star for something that should not happen.( Test before release)

It's useless, kept crashing, I deleted it. Shame because Egger is a good product. Update - I gave it another try as suggested, sorry to say but it's still useless, does nothing for ages then crashes. I won't bother a 3rd time, I'm done with this dodgy app!

you must remove the case of letters in the search in Russian. for example, typing h1277 does not return any results. requires entering H1277. there is no such problem in English version

Many other people mention crashes. The app works fine for me, no crashes. However, we spent over half an hour selecting the decors and saving our favorite ones to a project in my collections section. After the app was closed and reopened, the project was gone and with it our collection and thus our painstaking selection process of half an hour was thrown out of the window and we could start over again! You can imagine the frustration!
