I'm very disappointed, dont not buy one! You still need your phone to use this device! If I have a phone, you dont need the device! Simply download a free translator app you can use on your phone. I can hardly hear the translation even on volume high, poor sound quality! There is no repeat button on the device, only on the phone. Waste of money!!!! It doesn't even have all languages either, lame!

As of this writing I am still unable to connect. I have followed all their directions and will try a phone call. I think, maybe DeLano is right. Dont buy this product, a waste of money. Unlike him I was able to hear the voice giving directions.

Waste of time. Tech support are useless unless you have the latest model they will tell you they can't find your order so cannot help What order number you have should not block tech support

It just keeps saying "Please wait. Connecting" but it doesn't seem to be working because I've done everything that it tells me to do but it just doesn't work, now I'm not sure if I can ever use it at all but if you can fix it (I know that you can fix it if you just believe and ask God's help, with man it's impossible but with God any is possible) I have faith so don't give up! works very well translating but it would be helpful if we could move or delete the instruction to use mic button for reverse translation as it blocks the written translation on the screen and does not go away.

Just installed on my Android, very easy. Voice translator works good. Can't figure out how to access the text translator. Manual doesn't help.

Very bad translation and works extremely slow, at least 10 seconds until the app responds

This could be a great device but the developers are having real problems supporting old devices and new versions of Android (and possibly device variations). This version of the software running on recent Android will not connect with generation 2 devices even if you pair manually. Gen 2 devices (at least some of them) have the Bluetooth id V5, but I suspect that the software is looking for something else. Support is chasing shadows.
