Easy to use and navigate, similar to standard smartphone camera app layout. Worked great until trying to install the camera/gimbal update through the app, Palm was temporarily inaccessible via wifi, but was fine after updating the camera directly from the SD card via Fimi website downloads section. Some options available on the camera are missing, but otherwise a very functional app for remote control.

Will not connect at all to the fimi palm 2, I'm using a Google pixel 5 running android 13. I really needed a live feed to adjust camera angle for where the palm 2 was setup but this wasn't possible. Can you please try and fix this issue thanks. I have uninstalled app, deleted data cache, reinstalled, nothing working, tried previous version but that would load on phone just went to blank screen

For anyone who cannot connecting the camera to tha app just follow this step : 1. Connect wifi via App 2. If the phone notification says this wifi has no internet connection just click the notif and press ignore, and back to the app and wait the camera will connect to the app. Before, I have a trouble to connecting the app and camera, and finnaly I can connect it very well.

Unusable app. I can connect to my palm 2 wifi, but the app will not find the palm 2. I have tried everything with no luck. I just got the palm 2 and am considering returning it. Very frustrating and has wated a lot of my time. ...search YouTube as many others have this same issue.

So this camera and app has been good until this year. The app no longer links with the camera Please fix this. I used the app last year on a few video shoots and it worked great to control the camera and for video monitor play back. I updated firmware and everything but still the app will not link to the camera.

For anyone having difficulty connecting to the camera. You need to connect from within the app. So open the app and connect from there. If you connect to the camera directly from your WiFi settings, the app won't find the camera.

Connects, but stutters. The phone {Pixel 5} will only display camera screen live for 3 seconds, then freezes for 4 seconds, turns to Grey screen & resets, working for another 3. This loop continues indefinitely. Updated app & firmware. I have returned 2 Fimi Paln 2's for this same reason, this will be my last if not fixed in 2 days.

Good app, but it disconnects pretty easily and you need to connect to the wifi again, and reopen the app. That's a bit of a pain when you're on a shooting session
