Not a well-developed app. My gym uses it, it crashes and glitches a lot. It has had ongoing issues for years and limited options to customize notifications. Even though I only get text notifications, waitlist notifications still go to my email. The gym owner is unable to support with App issues. I hope they switch to another app. Mindbody is not good!

The app was. Working fine until the Aug 8th update. The app will not open I have tried uninstalling reinstalling, I even tried using a different device and I can't get into this app. Very annoying and because my account was linked to my Gmail I am unable to sign in online because there's no option to sign into Gmail on the actual website so I can't book any classes in advance 👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾

The last update for this app made it unusable with the security settings I have on my phone and is also now uncompatible with Express VPN and other major VPN companies. The function of this app is supposed to be a Yoga class scheduler and if it wasn't improperly using my personal data it would have continued to function correctly after the last update. If you have concerns over data improprieties or identity theft do not download or use this app.

It wouldn't let me add a credit card to pay for classes so I went in and put some money on my account and now it won't let me book a class because it says my profile isn't finished but when I go to finish my profile, it won't let me save. Update: after working with the great staff at the Saanich location, it's working well now. I still wouldn't recommend starting with the app but it's a decent way to book classes once you're up and running.

The latest version has been very unreliable, the schedule rarely loads when it does it will say the class isn't bookable, if I exit and reload it may allow booking but it's a hassle. I just use the mind body app which seems to be consistent.

App stopped working a while ago which means I'm unable to see the schedule and book classes. I keep getting the error that something went wrong when I try to set the location. I have reinstalled the app multiple times without any luck.

I love yoga but this schedule app is the worst. I have to download and un download weekly to log in, and the last week it wont even allow me to choose my province before sending an error message. I have no idea What is happening with my studio Edit> the app had actually become worse and will no longer open at all
