Absolutely useless app, I have not been able to view, complete, access tenant details for over a week as everything fails to download. There is a software update flag that doesn't do anything but take you to Google Playstore. There is no one to contact to resolve issues or seek advice. I don't know how this is an effective and efficient platform for letting agents. Due to my inability to complete jobs on the app it makes it look like I am not getting jobs done to the letting agent. Help please.

The app keeps crashing really frustrating trying to book people in on it. Try contact to fixflo and that even crashes messages just don't work so I can't contact them. Shame coz I liked this app till 2 months ago when it had an update and changed it. Am having to book on the emails coz iv giving up on them

Still confusing. 1st problem: this app use too much RAM. Around 1GB. To compare, google map use 300MB. So the app works slowly special on a little old phone. 2nd: I've already completed 15 jobs but there is no clear record of those!

Constantly crashing, photos take numerous attempts to upload. Becoming painful to use now. Technical have advised there is a bug but looking through other feedback it appears its a common issue

Confusing, doesn't link to my pc and all round just hate the app. I'm sure it's good if you know what youre doing but I cant stand it.

Our contractor uses this platform, we haven't a choice but to use this app, good or bad. The experience is average, but generally, most apps are average cos very little thought is put in to them. What disappoints me the most is the total absence of technical support. An email address is not enough for a platform used by pros. And AGAIN why the app is this not available for tablets, I send a "issue" request (sic) and still waiting for answer. Hope touches a nerve. No hope for a resolution.

Absolutely shocking app. It is extremely unreliable with constant crashing or not responding issues. If you try and contact their 'support' team, good luck even getting a reply. If they do reply, it will just be a simple reply of "we will let the development team know". I have been using this app since 2020 and it is getting worse and worse.

More 3½ stars than 4 really but it works, can be a bit unintuitive to find your way around, wish the text fields were selectable for copy&paste, would be better if the app UI and website UI were laid out more consistently the same way, don't like the way that Comments are not just another tab on the Issue page but on a separate button. But yeah, pretty good overall.
