The phone app was still working fine on 30 December 2024, but when I try to login now it gives me an error message "Missing device info." I have contacted the call centre via Whatsapp and did everything they said I should but the problem persist. I have changed the password and re-installed the app but to now avail. This was their response "Please be informed that we have no other option but to use the provided information. As account not blocked on our end." Seriously!!??

Having challenges whenever I get a lot of sales, especially Playstation ones. If I generate many vouchers, my account says closed then I am unable to login for a long time. Sometimes I actually have to contact support for help which is inconvenient with customers

Terrible company that doesn't assist customers with their inquiries and chooses to ignore them instead, definitely try another alternative. I bought electricity from on of their vendors and the voucher doesn't work, all the details needed are on the slip but I am being ignored for reasons not stated, I am asking for my money back as I didn't receive what I payed for. I have sent 5 different emails about this and have they have all been received and then intentionally ignored.

I just updated my business app in my phone all of the sudden I can't login,it say device linked failure even though it's the only mobile phone I used to register and use it

Can't log in on other device because its linked to another device. What if I have 3 different shops but want to use one app for all on different devices?

these app first was good I topup from shop to shop I buy electricity and water after while doesn't open even I have balance inside call center tell me to download with new phone
