One of the biggest missing features is the ability to set a custom notification tone. I'm not going to look at my phone *everytime* I hear a notification sound. The Freshdesk app has this feature yet in Freshchat, where it's arguably more important to set a distinct notification sound, it's completely absent. I really hope this is coming extremely soon. I'm tired of looking for ways to override this. Not having this feature is vexing. EDIT: In response to Freshworks Reply. I noticed this awhile back. I am still disappointed I cannot assign my own custom sound.

The overall app seems to work fine in general, however the main chat feature is completely broken. Live chats do not update unless you close the app down and reopen it during any conversation flow, really disappointed as we have just migrated from Zendesk to this!

2 Things that are really needed: 1) the ability for the agent to go offline if they are busy! 2) to get a notification sound each time the customer replies. Currently you only get one notification when the chat first gets initiated. For all the subsequent ones, you have to constantly keep an eye on the chat to see if there are new replies. Incredibly annoying!

I have to reinstall the app every now and then to use it as throws an error even when connected to a high speed internet. Their devlopers are least bothered to check this particular issue as I see many other users are facing the same issue from last many months. If they are already trying to resolve this, then they have taken significant amount of time to crack the deal. Freshworsk- Any plans for changing your dev and getting this resolved??

Unable to sign in to work helpdesk URL, error message says "Problem fetching data. Please try again later" have tried uninstalling and reinstalling and no success

Unimpressed, my team members have constantly struggled to log in, messages and notifications are delayed. Main issue is the home screen showing recent conversations constantly reverts to conversations that are atleast 4 weeks old, I have to wait until a new message is received before I can find the conversation again. The desktop version is great, but the app is clunky and often leads to customers complaining about the response times

Never get notifications on android. Have to constantly start at the profile menu instead of the chats. Can't stay selected on my choose chat group/filter. Additionally, now after so much time, it gives an error that can only be fixed when reinstalling which means I need to log in again. Pain in the behind.
