Doesn't always pop up with the notifications. My friend and I keep a look out for jobs for each other, so we won't miss anything; however, today, I had the app open checking, and she saw an assignment for a day we had free, and I didn't, even after refreshing. Then it was gone. Sometimes, I'll have the app open and be on the website. Jobs usually show on the website before the app.

I am unable to log in using the app, and I am forced to use the buggy website. My username and password are correct. It says, "Opps, something went wrong. Please try again in a few minutes," over and over again. It's been doing this since I installed the application in July or August. I really wish it worked, so please fix the app and update it soon. EDIT: Thank you. I will contact the email you provided for help, and I changed the review to 5 stars.

If I could give this app a zero, I would. I used the app last year for substitute teaching jobs. It worked pretty good. But this year, 2024-25 the app is useless. I emailed several resources & reached someone with Frontline who admitted the app was not capable of handling all the traffic. And that they "have new tech writers to make the app more efficient". However, the same person said he has no idea when it will be ready. I have to refresh & hope for a job! Horrible, frustrating, a joke.

Mostly good Frontline App. 1. Sometimes jobs are listed Roving, but are something else: Sped. I like Sped. 2. The app does not always tell you it is cancelled. The phone rings and I have to find my pin to get the message. 3. Many times, I go on laptop and check Frontline on the web. Then, it shows the best info that the job was cancelled at the day/time, and I click on dismiss box. 4. It would be nice to be told who cancelled on app: teacher or admin.

I never thought it would be possible for this useless app to get worse, but the developers have managed to make it so. The new push notification alert tone for subs is horrible and barely audible. Additionally, the app takes forever to load, once Ive been notified of a possible job, so the job is gone by the time it does. THIS APP CONTINUES TO BE A USELESS PIECE OF JUNK. I was just notified of a job, but when I launched the app, it made me log back into it. This app is a COMPLETE FUBAR!

App works pretty well. Wish there were a few more filter options, like to filter by elementary/middle/high school. Also, for some reason, I can't cancel jobs I've accepted from some districts in the app, I have to go to the website for it to work.

Update 9/19/2024: Yep app is still so damn slow! I go to clock in & it takes over a minute. If my screen times out, the app refreshes & I'm not clocked in. It constantly logs me out & takes an act of Congress to get logged back in, one if the worst experiences I've ever had in an app to do something so simple. My banking app is a dream, like why not implement fingerprint login? Make logins expire every 90 days vs every few days & allow fingerprint in-between. Support was worthless.

I truly hate this system! I have to be glued to my phone to be able to get a job. It's awful! I not only have to constantly watch it, but I also have to refresh it constantly, and then be able to be the first person to accept the job. This is causing me and my husband a lot of stress. Bring back the phone calls !
