Sorry for so much negative comment but I had no choice to do so because it was an waste of money to install it and recharge for 1 year because in month of December it was not working for 6 times continuously for more then 24 hours infact one time it was not working for more then 48 hours. On top of that when you call technician and in the office they try to push the ball in each others court in which you cannot do anything then waiting the answer is always fiber is cut sorry no more characters.

The worst application and services. The application responds very poorly. Requires alot of fixing. Plenty of bugs. Every time I open the app it says no internet connection and displays everything as null. I recommend no one to choose this services. Way Below average

This app does not give brief details of when the transactions are done. Hence makes lot of confusion of upto when the subscription amounts are paid. I would like to suggest the app developer to come up with an update of this app in such a way that is consumer friendly and the consumers are able to view the recharges and auto debits done (on 27th of every month) from their respective wallet account.

I have not given much ratings for this app as i was not even able to use it. It says contact your local cable operator. And when i tried contacting Nxt digital through email, the solution they provided was that they asked me to contact local cable operator. The app did not even allow me to register.

Faltu app and services, literally faltu. First of all this is very irritating and poor user-friendly interface and when trying to get their help, they don't receive calls also their contact number provided doesn't go through. Please work on it asap.

One of the most useless app ever seen. Do not work in any form, neither acceptance of password, not recharge nor resetting password. The local service is one step ahead in performance on app... The most hopeless and useless. One star is given as without star rating review cannot be uploaded.

Local Cable operator is very arrogant not answering properly & saying "nxt app is not valid don't do recharge through app so & so" from last 2 years i am using ur app for recharge, add, remove channels...If it is not valid then how recharge done through app is successful...Now this month recharge successful but pack not activate..customer care says stb number not valid...Money debited..Local operator asks to recharge again..I am going to close nxt cable and looking for other options in market..
