Constantly resetting on me when I first open the app. Now it's kicked me out and won't let me log back in. Won't tell me why just won't do anything when I hit log in, or forgot password. This is not the first time, I've uninstalled and reinstalled this app at least 6 times since it updated to the newer version. Never had problems with the original version.

barely functional due to extremely poor design. All I can access is who is signed up for my class. I cannot check client profile details (so I know who to look for and how to plan a class that works for them), see anything about their participation in other classes, see my own class details beyond timing, copy a client phone number to contact them, look up a client, etc. Past reviews do not make me hopeful the app will improve, as users have been raising these and other issues for 6 years.

This is for glofoxes benefit. There is not enough administrative control over employee roles. I'm a training facility and the majority of my "billing" comes from billing my trainers their rent. But I can't give the trainers the freedom to control the app without giving them access to my billing. Furthermore, you can't adjust a profile once it's been created. There is so much I love about glofox but this is ruining why I got the app to begin with. They say this is road mapped. It needs a 911 fix.

I'd like to actually be able to do admin on the app rather than just see the members. You can't add new members or adjust anyone's membership or anything very useful really. It's pretty much just for class coaches to see who's booked in.

Nice and easy to use. Which is key. Great sales tool to allow you to keep up to date with new leads and prospects. Scheduling is easy and simple to view. I'd be lost without this app in my studio. Saves me having to use a laptop all the time too

I don't know what happened but ever since the latest update this app is constantly crashing, I can't view my class attendees, and the only way to fix the issues are to uninstall and re-install the app. Please fix this because it's very annoying.

Very basic app. You can't really do anything other than check who is attending sessions. It would be nice to be able to do some admin stuff like change and alter session times and slots.

This app crashes and requires login nearly every time. One of the most annoying parts of my day and processes is this app Consistently terrible for over 2 years
