The payment stage was so laggy and took a lot of time loading after entering the credit card details. It took so long until I thought the transaction failed and had to restart. Then after clicking 'Pay', it just showing some html error codes or what, I don't know, and I don't know if I should refresh/restart the whole apps but it just not moving.

I always have issue when purchasing tickets. After choosing my methods of payment, and then if I click 'Pay' or anything else, the page will froze and stuck. I waited few minutes also nothing. This have happened sooo many times, it's super frustrating. Which is why I prefer the other cinema better when it comes to apps and convenience. Please fix the app!!!

Very very disappointed for the apps, booking so many many many time, when wanna pay for the payment, always freeze and no response at the end and force me pull out from the page. Really hard to do booking each time. Please fix it.

Terrible app .I wanted to book and get my seat but always shows error stated " seating couldn't be processed right now. Please try again after sometime" even I've reinstall , restart my phone. Kindly fix this ASAP.very inconvenience.

Disgusting customer experience. Fail app. It allows you to select seats and food while you are not logged in. When you try to pay, it says "session expired". The solution is to make sure you are logged in first. Ok fine, I figured it out after few tries. Logged in, selected, successfully authorized the payment via my banking app, but GSC app says failed. Went back to try again. I cant select same seats because I already booked it, but I have no tickets. Terrible.

Nonsense app. Close the popped up ad and the whole app shuts down. Happens frequently. Super annoyed and frustrated.

This Advertisement is usually misleading, with the disclaimer posting so little for who and the staff preparing all of the foods but then telling us the price is RM5 higher if we purchase at the counter. The staff should not prepare food if the customer has not paid. What if we want to cancel our order? The worst thing we tried to order online and the Family Bundle option is not there.

Me too , stupid update apps , cant make any payment , once everything done reach payment site will hang there ,u mean i need to change my handphone to use urs apps ??? My h.phone is samsung note 4 so u mean note 4 cant use ur apps already 😤
