I wish i can rate this App zero because i have never seen App so useless to this level or are they selective? The most useless App i ever seen i wasn't allowed to use the App and i want allowed to deactivate my account too what nonsense is that?

Horrible platform for the cleaners. App is laggy. They charge to sign up, then they take 1/3 in commission and on top of that they have heavy fines if you're not able to make it last moment for any reason. Its hard work for little pay with heavy investment and heavy fines. If you're unemployed, it's better than nothing but I'd recommend you focus on something else.

I got a random call asking if i had availability to clean, i was treated super badly in the call when i never direspected the person and when i was giving a constructive feedback for the app, he spoke on top of me and cut the call. I wouldn't recommend this app to anybody, because they don't value you as a person. And the fact that you can not confirm or decline a match is absolutely wrong. There are million reasons for which you would cancel and should not get penalised for. Never again.

I like this app but first of all it would be better if we could receive the payment the same day of the service and not in the end of the month and second there's one thing that need to be fixed, when I go to set the "filter" I always put "max 5 kilometers" and everytime it go back to 8 kilometers and so I keep receiving requests from people who are very far from me instead receiving requests from people which are far max 5 km as I asked.

The new update is crashing a lot! I already tried uninstalling and downloading it again but it won't allow me to go anywhere besides the notifications area and sometimes when opening the app again I'm logged out. Please roll back the update it has a lot of bugs!

I have never took time to rate an app but I must do now. In Germany I worked with a client since October and about a month later the payment is still in progress and to recieve the payment faster, 5euros has to be deducted. But weras the payment was supposed to be transferred to my account 2weeks ago! Not to talk Abt the commission fees you pay to this site! I got an offer for 22euros per hour but my services was calculated 12 euros per hour😢 all in the name of Commission charges😓

Here is an incomplete list of things I don't like about Helpling from a cleaner's perspective: 1)- You can't set your availability to biweekly. For example if you have a biweekly customer on one Monday and you just want to fill the remaining biweekly Mondays then that is not possible. 2)- If you have been inactive for a while they downgrade you paymentwise to 'newbie' cleaner status and you start from the bottom. 3)- For One off cleans they put more than 70%!!! service fee on top of it. £8 = £14

no way to register from the app, only login. however the app doesn't recognize my login and password. says they are not recognized. changed password, saved, no problem with login on browser, however on app "email address or password not recognized." bad service.
