Good in theory & that's about it... For delegates, this app makes them more frustrated. So they ask a volunteer... For volunteers, you know the information you need is in there - & if you have a spare hour or two (due to lag & restarts) & have enough battery, you may eventually be able to get that information. Maybe. The suggestions by other reviewers are great & simple. If the info was on a website with a link that can be saved, or a pdf that could be downloaded... Can only be better next year!!

I love the heart behind the app but its so unbelievably slow that its basically unuseable. A lot of work needs to go into improving the speed of the app. Also, the Q&A functionality does not work on my Samsung Galaxy, but works well on my husbands iPhone. Very unfortunate as it could be a really great app if it actually worked.

Would rather a PDF than an app. Crashes every time I click my profile. Schedule is static and doesn't show today by default, have to scroll to find it. Masterclasses not shown so I'm finding the program confusing. Online stream requires a separate registration and opens in a web browser. Why have an app at all?

Slow/laggy. Confusing UI. I am never sure if something is clickable because I can't tell if it's just taking ages to load. Notifications don't take you where they said they would. In the future, maybe a link to the website that you can add to your device home screen will be better than an app.

Design wise this app is very good and slick however performance is extremely poor even with a full wifi or 4g connection. It would be great If the apps performance could be enhanced so this app isn't continuously dropping out rendering it useless.

info is good except my program is stuck on network and kidsong. I have no info on the main events or speakers. Funtionality is ok but quite laggy. I like the idea of an app but functionality needs to be better. I would have preferred a paper program.

Really rubbish app - very unresponsive, very slow, it takes 5-10 mins to do things that should take seconds... I would expect a lot more...

would have given 0 star if I could. The app is terrible and I can't load any of the masterclasses info. so laggy, I think the developers need to learn about caching and how to write Android app.
