the mobile app is terrible compared to the site online. The functionality of it is not good, and is difficult to view locations, dates, and availability compared to online. I dislike using it and will revert to my laptop when trying to locate and make reservations. It is okay if you would like to view your account as far as current reservations or available points. But that is about it. So it's a no for me!

The app was clumsy before but now since they updated the website, many parts of the app no longer work. For example, the most functions under Tools just load a page that the webpage is not available. I can't even pull my My Reservations. June 2025 and still not fixed. I think that when they created a unified website, it broke the app since the links pull from the website. In talking to other owners, the ones that don't have a problem, don't need to select an account after log in on the website.

I am so disappointed in the HGV app. It was working the first of May 2025 and now I cant get into it at all. infact, the screen has been frozen, same spot. Tried reapplying for the app again and it doesn't work. very frustrating. we have the HGV max. I'm hoping they help me get this figured out. looks like its been a bit of trouble with this app, than I thought.

Its getting better... take a look at the way you scroll through the calendar... does not work well on a cell phone. As you swipe down to the next or follow-on month, it pauses. Makes it difficult to cycle between months when picking dates for availability. The work around is to press and hold while swiping, which only allows one month to advance at a time.

I like the app for the convenience it offers to navigate my membership, but there are a couple of short comings with it. First: no pictures of resorts or rooms. Would be nice to see what you are trying to book in the app. Second: booking dates and availability. Would like to be able to see when things are available like on the website.

This app is not showing any of my trips when I sign into my account. It shows "You Have No Trips Planned" under the Trips tag even though I have several upcoming reservations. This issue has not been resolved for several years. I was waiting for them to fix this error, but finally, I am leaving a comment about it because it is never fixed for a long period of time.

I know they are separate entities but this app has a long way to go in comparison to the Hilton App. It's difficult to find the yearly fee payment. The app doesn't reveal your current bookings until you refresh once logged in. It is difficult to view photos within the app prior to booking a property. It's pretty glitchy and not very cohesive as a booking app.

App is OK, but it's much easier to use the web site for booking. The app gives you a list of rooms and availability for the specific dates, but the website gives you a visual to let you know available around the date selected quickly. When I'm planning, often times I want to see what's available around the time I'm looking for, not necessarily specific dates. The app makes it difficult to do that, so I have to sit down at a computer to do my bookings.
