I'm a fan of Insitu AT500 Sonde and already have been using it since the beginning. But now I kind of disappoint after new upgrade firmware, it can't connect to AT 500 with my Vusitu app directly of the sonde connect to a terminal/logger. In the field it become issue and very irritating. One of the feature that I like about Vusitu and AT is can be connected even with out using a Wireless troll com. Very disappointing and after so much firm ware update, this happened.

Everything is okay, except the language. I am from Taiwan and my phone language is set to traditional Chinese, while this app is in simplified Chinese. This is fine until the output data is also Chinese. There should be a setting that we can choose which language to export our data, or just export all data in English. Thanks

Works great. Connects to our sensors and it's easy to save the logs to your phone or device. I only wish I could connect from a little farther away. One of ours is at the base of a bridge and it would be nice if I could connect without having to climb down there. Still great though.

Most recent update (v2.27 I think) seems to cause several sensors to drop without warning or explanation on the aquaTROLL 600. ph, ORP, DO and turbidity will be recording fine then suddenly stop, temperature records-13°C and after a minute or two starts again. Unfortunate this update has introduced issues. The update to firmware took over 30 min in the field, wish insitu would release warnings for updates the week before so we could avoid delays while in the field.

I used to be able to save live data to the phone itself but now have to save to a cloud which is meaningless when I have no reception. All my field sites are un remote locations and have to service. Please fix this.

My institution just bought two of these aquatroll 600. We were expecting all the probes to be in one instruement. So we are kinda having a bad tine now since there is no way to read both of the instrument at the same time for live display. Can u please make an update that include the vusitu to read both of the instruement at the same time for live readings?

I got a one of Bluetooth connection problem was in my smartroll power pack ,red light keep flashing and connecting with phone change to green light keep flashing I cant find out the problem and still can't connect to my phone ,please help me fix this problem 😑
