I've tried to open this app many times and it has only opened once. When it did load, I was trying to favorite things and it asked me to sign in or create an account, so I linked my fb and was able to favorite one thing. When I tried to favorite anything else, it just kept asking me to sign in again or create an account. If I tried to sign in again using fb, it just never would. If this app doesn't even work at home on wifi I can't imagine it will work at EDC.

This app is pretty lame. Aside from set times (which you can't even filter your favorites), there's not a lot of value. Doesn't have maps of the venues (which is an obvious omission)! And there's nowhere to have your ticket integrated, the only other obvious feature! Should also have a way to add your credit card, so you can just use your phone to pay for everything.

2022 and now they force you to create a login to do anything useful. It's loaded with unnecceasy things like photos? Who is going to photos to look at commercial pics? Radio? And it's all data driven. At a festival we don't have signal. How are we supposed to load the schedules? You need to create a user in order to save your set lists... I'm good. I'm deleting this.

I been raving heavily this past two years at insomniac events and I can't get passed the loading screen. All my friends with iPhone have no issue. They can choose their favorite artists and it shows the time and stages they will be playing on and it even works offline. And I can't even get in. Please fix this.

It worked fine for edc this year, currently reinstalled it for nocturnal coming up and it does absolutely nothing but load forever. I've reinstalled and restarted my phone twice. My GF had a similar issue for edc and had to hard reset her phone to make it work, which is ridiculous. Get it together insomniac look at how many people are having this issue!

Only works with signal, the app is literally only used during a festival.... Where there is never any signal. Genius design there Insomniac 👌. At the very least allow users to download the map and lineups for offline use ON the app itself. This has been years and no one bothers to spend some time doing something so basic. Also, prioritizing IOS apps over Android apps, you guys suck at this. But yeah to ahead and release some NFTs.

Such a dumb useless app, it would be nice if everything actually worked but unfortunately, its literally impossible to sign into any account. I tried every form of login, i tried resetting passwords but nothing works. The app says its sending you a verification code to email but the email never comes (and no its not in my spam folder or any junk mail folder). I cant do anything the app is designed to do because everything requires you to be logged in but they also made it impossivle to login.

5 stars, if we were able to make payments on the app. Having to go to the actual website then to the event we're making payments on and then to sign in just takes too much time. Help us help you. Other than that, this app is very manageable. I like that we're able to create a list of artists that we want to see with the times they are playing. It's 4 stars for now!
