Crashes frequently, broken navigation and no organization. It will crash while you're trying to do ordinary things without warning. I didn't know who thought it was a good idea to disable the back button, replaced with an alert telling you to use a different control. Also, it's nearly impossible to find anything. Among the 10 worst apps I've ever used.

Junk.....constantly crashing, not user friendly, very primitive and will not sync even though it says my device is connected.

No replies to questions submitted on the app; challenges very poorly designed so that a) logging daily activities is extremely cumbersome and b) suddenly overnight the end date is changed; and overall a very confusing website design. Plus I keep getting popups that say I have completed the program when I have not Also the app doesn't seem to work for accessing rewards.

The app experience is so poor. Basic navigation often doesn't work. Sign up is painful with poor form feedback or help. The app doesn't sync with health connect or Google fit. But even though it claims it is syncing with Fitbit, it isn't. Even worse it doesn't reliably seem to track and disay manual input

I hate that the app won't allow Samsung Health to sync directly. You HAVE to go through other various apps (and even doing so, I can't get my information to sync!) Please add the ability to sync directly to Samsung Health. Half of your users are annoyed with this problem

The Wellworks app makes it easy to navigate my wellness programming and updates my progress in real time! I am also able to easily sync with my Withings app which is connected to my Samsung device. I am also able to redeem my earned rewards right from my phone and upload completed forms for credit by just uploading an image of my completed form! If I need assistance I just navigate to Contact Us and receive a response almost immediately!
