Med ToteScan kan du let specificere dine opbevaringsposer og containere, så du hurtigt kan finde de ting, du har brug for. ToteScan fungerer ved at scanne officielle ToteScan-etiketter, der kan købes enten i appen (skal downloades og udskrives) eller via en onlineforhandler, der sender dig direkte (skræl og hold klar til brug).

ToteScan-etiketterne er forbundet individuelt med din konto, og ved at anbringe dem på dine totes og containere kan du nemt scanne og tilføje genstande, du placerer i containerne. Når du er indtastet, kan du bruge den indbyggede tekstsøgefunktion til at finde totes efter navn, individuelt varenavn, beskrivelse eller nøgleord.

ToteScan understøtter familiedeling med muligheden for at føje profiler til kontoen, så enkeltpersoner kan holde separate samlinger, men stadig være inden for den samme konto.

Great app! I like the features of this app and the search abilities, ability to add multiple pictures per item, the location feature, and the ability to move items to a different label. A couple features requests: ability to move items to another box by selecting the title from a list (rather than having to scan the label), ability to sort my list by multiple options (ex: first by location, then by title), and the ability to view my inventory from a website as well.

This has great potential. Really smart idea & one of the most cost efficient. What needs serious improvement is there is no guide anywhere on how to use it.You have to figure it out on your own. My biggest frustration is w/ naming totes. They give each tote a code & you can name it secondarily, but when you search for an item, it comes up showing their code, not the name of your tote. If there's a way around this, I'll never know because there's no guide. Recommended if you have patience!

I love this app and that the boxes are searchable and I can put where they're located. I would like to see two things: 1. Let me personalize where things are stored. Like "Basement left" or "Ethan's room". 2. Let me move things from one box to another without having to delete and re-add. Otherwise, this is a game changer!

I found ToteScan while looking for a replacement for Duck Pack & Track. ToteScan is exactly what I needed. I love that I can pay for the labels and immediately print them myself - very convenient. Currently using it as I get ready to move, and I like knowing that I won't have to dig through multiple boxes if I need something specific before I unpack. The only improvement I would like would be the ability to add multiple items at once. It can be a bit tedious adding a lot of items one at a time.

The App is quite nice, pretty easy to use. The ability to add pictures of items in the tote or drawer etc., is a plus. Thanks for adding smaller labels. I would love it if there was an option to have this in a computer while many love the ability to access information on my laptop. Keep up with the great work otherwise.

This app and product are the BEST things I have ever bought for storage or organization. I tried a different app/qr label system before this one and had an awful experience but loved the concept so when I purchased these labels and tried the app, I was thrilled with how user friendly it is. I love that I can search the app, see a photo, and locate my specific item(s) without having to search through boxes. Not to mention, it saves me from searching for something I don't have! LOVE this!!

So glad I went with this instead of some of the other brands. No more digging through boxes and totes in storage looking for a particular item. The free app is super easy to use and update as well as share. If you invest the little bit of time involved to take pics of all items and add keywords, life becomes so much easier. I even have my freezer and pantry assigned a QR...always know exactly what I have without having to dig around. Only regret is that I didn't know about this 15yrs ago.

Awesome app. Great way to know what I have in storage. Can take pictures of each item. Onlya few reasons I give it four stars and not five: id like the ability to add an item to storage without a tag (e.g., couch, tv, etc.), it would be nice to have the option to "move item" in the event you decide to put that item in a different tote.the only thing you can do is delete the item and add it to a new tote but you have to take a new picture. Finally it would be nice if the pics would be backed up
