Not only will the app not work and connect me but it has caused a SERIOUS problem with my phone. It's the only new app I've downloaded in awhile and now my phone is having issues. The tech said I would have to factory reset my phone. That's a waist of time I don't need and I still don't have a security app for myself.

First next button was not working on register (first screen you see in app). You click it and then nothing happens and no error or warning telling you why. Finally I found out it was international characters in my surname (unbelievable) after removing next button was working. Then I had to put my phone number and sms never came even after reinstalling application and registering again and pressing resend button like million times no sms ever came. How to rely on such app for safety?

Just want to agree as a lifeline. I don't need to pay for the service. the app will not let you register as just a lifeline.don't send someone a text to agree to be a lifeline and then don't allow them to do it on your app!

This app didn't use to cost $50 a month a few years back! The price is OUTRAGEOUS! I can't afford $50...
