Can not allow notifications. Therefore, I don't get any notifications of any sort. Also, the " binding is difficult. I literally have to shut everything down and retry. Any setting I try to. Hange in the app or get help through the app, I get a message saying " Bluetooth is connecting " bit my phone reads it is already connected. It is very frustrating and a waste of time. I am in the process of returning the watch as I make this review. Watch works. Without the app, it is useless. Shameful

This was a gift I had no idea it was going to be difficult to use. Battery life is great, but everything else is just cheap. I was hoping I could connect the music control feature to my phone but it doesn't work. When I click on "key" none of the options open up. It says bluetooth but I think it only just connects to the app. Since this was a gift I don't know the tracking number, or other details required to even begin sending a support ticket. Swipe up says "no data". Not impressed so far.

Update 2: latest update has caused problems with binding n data transfer. Frustrating. Not sure if this is cuz my phone updated to latest Android 12. Please fix. Loved app before this Update to deal with issues temp & miles option. I downloaded & it transferred and updated seamlessly. Hopefully this will clear up some bugs. Overall I like the app now and I'm happy with the ability to convert data from km to miles & temp. This update also includes easier binding of watch.

The app is okay. It doesn't allow for uploading or designing new watch faces, and it doesn't allow for changing the temperature display on the watch from centigrade to Fahrenheit. The app is a bit disorganized. But it does the basic functions pretty well and communicates with the watch very well.

The app was fine until the upgrade, then it sucked! Although it was paired, would not do the firmware or resource update, time was 2 min slow, didn't get msgs nor phone call alerts on the watch anymore. It didn't tell me how much battery life was left. It did change the height and weight on the phone to feet and lbs but weather still celcius. (UPDATE): It mysteriously started working right after 1star review. Still celcius but working great again! 😄 5 stars except for celcius weather so 4 🌟 ❤

This app isn't the grestest. It didn't download the updates to my first watch rendering it useless. Recieved a replacement which updated fine. It disconnects every day so I have to constantly reconnect it. It is lacking in a lot of functions that most other apps like this have and excell at.

I have the Umidigi Urun watch and the only way I can use it is if you have the app (otherwise the time is way off and there is no way to change the time on the watch). There was a recent firmware update to V1.09 that bricked the watch, it's now just stuck on a screen that says "App" with an arrow pointing up, and resetting the watch won't fix the issue. Before this issue, the app was actually quite decent, gave relatively accurate heartrate and sleep tracking information, but was lacking in other areas like only 4 watch faces (and no way to add more) and inability to input calories. There is no way to downgrade the firmware back to V1.06 which was working before, so the only option for me now is to wear a bricked watch and hope the developers update the firmware. That's why I'm currently giving this 2 stars, would give it 4 stars when the issue is addressed.

The app was giving the error " server exception " for the past two days and I was considering sending it back but the app was fixed fast. I have now connected my watch and it was easy. If my phone dies and I do not have to reconnect the watch it will automatically reconnect itself. Started out bad but the watch turned out awesome.
