Even after the update, will not allow me to log in. Not a great start. Update. Even after the latest app update I am still required to uninstall the app, clear cache and data at least once a month! I have to log in at least three times a day from Microsoft account page. If my phone loses signal which is quite a regular occurrence I'm logged out completely. So unreliable and in need of a major upgrade. Update. Still no improvement with the app, still so unreliable!!!!!

What a load of cods wallop this app is since recent update I'm no longer able to log in to app, this is really good NOT as this is where all my work comes from well done the app makers 10 out of 10 for balls ups 👏

Terrible app, crashes at least 3 times in a normal working day then takes several goes (over 10 in some cases) to load back up again. Full of glitches aswell...its never worked properly once since I've been using it...I hate it

unable to log on for days at a time. lay out hard to navigate and time consuming, Having to open each job for task and location.My previous App was 100% better as these were shown on front screen, so much easier to manager a task list.

Terrible App to work on, slow, crashes, doesn't allow photos to attach to jobs half the time, the list goes on. Please move on to a better system, please, please, please.

Always some type of issue going. Internal errors, system kicks you out while you are in the middle of a ticket and you have to sign back in. I have been kicked 4 times in a row before just giving up

awful app. i have waited 6 weeks before commenting on this app, maybe just teething problems. no it's still awfull. jobs appear, then disappear! very slow responding to all actions. waste of time.

Works ok bit gets stuck fairly frequently where the menu doesn't appear when you're coming out of a completed job so you have reinstall the app.
