all right so over all its a great idea tool works great as far as a visual test I can't get the audio to work it keeps turning my volume down. and oh I also for got to mention. so far this app. doesn't work at all on Samsung phones I had to dig out an old LG I had. so I think if they can fix the volume issue and the Samsung issue it would get a 5 star from me. I really like the visual part though cause you can see the difference rather than hear. cause my hearing can be different at times.

I had not used this app in quite some time and have gotten several phones since my purchase. it worked great originally, but now that I have a note 8, the wand and clamp do not work. its picking up the sound from the phone mic and not the wand or the clamps. utterly useless now. just my experience. will come back and change rating if theres a setting or if it gets resolved.

Good app for detecting defects in automobiles and machineries by observing noise and vibration levels. This can be done through using phone's microphone or the specially designed hardware device.

Purchased it brand new off the truck and installed per the instructions. Using a Galaxy Note 9 it picks up noise by the phones mic not the probe or device. Tried emailing the developer and my message was rejected "554 rejecting banned content", so if you cant email the developer to correct an issue what good is the app and product?

Just bought this brand new, followed instructions and the wand does not work, and it keeps turning volume down. I tried to disable the phones microphone like some people say they did, but then it does nothing at all.

at first the app did not detect the hardware even though everything was plugged in. then it kept turning the volume down. i fixed it by going to app permissions and turning the microphone off, problem solved!

Unable to use on my cell phone volume will turn down every time. Then I did an update to an old ipod and downloaded the app and it seems to be working fine so far

This was sold as latest and greatest, but turns out to be a 6 year old product. Completely incompatible with any phone released in past 3 years. Piss poor product support for App
