I've been putting off using new Mojo until today when I received a notification indicating the old Mojo will retire in a few days. After a day of use, I'm totally pissed and thoroughly disappointed. For the sake of aesthetics, they made everything more complicated than necessary. We have ten sites in our school district; before, I could quickly view tickets for any site, Activity today, Aging summary, Open tickets with a single click by creating a bookmark for each task. Now every task involves a long series of selecting filters; to make matters worse, there's the built-in limitation--I can only create up to 6 customized views. What the hell!!! Also, why must the app prompt me to enter my helpdesk URL during launch every single time? Annoying!

Various issues, such as not being able to upload attachments. UI could be better as well. Wish I could access my admin stuff, or at least that it the UI was more intuitive in general.

Garbage. Can't create a new ticket in this pile of steaming code. Freezes and locks up.... Not worth your time. Good luck. I'm finding another tool to purchase. I need a mobile app.

Junk! It used to work but for many weeks now it just gets stuck at the white screen. Have to use a browser instead.

Never good to begin with, but after latest Galaxy firmware update, doesn't work at all. Have to use browser now! Terrible!

Even after 4 years of this being an issue, I get the white screen after entering the URL. Moving to a different vendor.

we pay for this at sdcc in Plymouth. it's horid and will not work on my phone . on windows 10 it falls over if left open for a short time . I don't like it .
