Fun game. It was annoying when playing with the same WiFi as other people got our accounts deactivated. But they fixed the issue after we contacted them. My nephew won and received a prize. I just won one. I'm just waiting on their reply. Not a scam, but like many normal arcades they are not set to always pay out. Pretty normal. It would be nice to have other angles to the claw machines but it's fine. Still fun and doable.

This site is 100% legit and fair. They have world class customer support and are very quick to ship to the other side of the world. The only suggestion I would make is to implement some harder games with more lucrative prizes. I enjoy the challenge as much as the prize!

Absolutely terrible app, I rather in person claw machines due to the higher win chance and ACTUAL SKILL BASED machines over whatever you claim this piece of work is, you have to PAY in order to get a daily login in bonus. Oh and the fact that if you do get a free ticket from login bonus, it's non stackable so you can't save up to even barely attempt to get the item you want. If that, because these machines are payout based not skilled based. Really want my money back from these low life scum.

They package some of the gifts in a way it adds so much weight to it and makes it very very difficult to receive. On a lot of the machines, the camera view will NOT change, making it too difficult to get an accurate shot. I've had more frustrating experiences with this game much more than the other claw machine games. I don't think I'll be coming back.

I keep losing gem due to the app crashing which gives someone else my spot and wins. Especially, last chance items. They keep blaming my internet, but I have full bars. The problem is the app and constantly blaming my full internet bar is a shame.

This provide a very great claw game experience for me. Games are fair enough to play with, no shipping fee to concern. Prize are mostly figures, plushes and mascot; very little other goods and food. So far, I like this game pretty much!

I've won 97 prizes in a little over a month. You need to be patient to win without spending more money than the prize is worth. Watch others. See how the claw moves the prize. Is it weak or strong? Watch for others who give up on a prize and leave it prime for the taking in a few tries. Some machines aren't worth playing - don't play them. Wait until the prize appears on a different machine. Beyond that, it's a skill and strategy issue if you can't win. Customer service is great too.

From Australia, they actually deliver. I spent a little yet won prizes. After waiting a week or two, they've appeared, which is why I'm leaving this review. Tiny bit of lag, yet to be expected. To be fair, when I won, I'd spent under $10 and I got a Dragon Ball Z ball plus a pizza cutter today haha. Fun novelty items and $0 shipping, plus, you get a free token daily to play with! Definitely fun and worth my time 😘
