Mr D has become less supportive over the past two years. However, the actual delivery drivers are at the top of their game and so lovely to deal with. Some awesome food places and some local ones that are losing the plot. It's become to commercialised and the main reason of Mr D has been forgotten. The convenience of such a service is still always needed, hence complaints go unattended. Thanks to the restaurants keeping it up and the drivers being so awesome. Customer care, I have no words...

The app itself is very clear and easy to navigate and there's usually something new and fresh to see. Promos and coupons are always good!! However, I understand the risks and such in doing so but it would help so much if there was an option to pay cash on delivery. It gives you the option of COD but then won't allow me to do this. This is very frustrating and creates loss of businrss. I'm having this issue with most of the delivery apps....

Whoever the Dev is who built the card payment portion should be beaten with a stick. Absolute useless interface, cannot load a new payment card under profile, first need to add it to an order, cannot load 2x cards (one personal & one work). Really stupid way to do it, wasted more time trying to pay & could have driven myself to fetch in the time it to took to load a card.

At first my review was 5 star and it was great. However I'm changing it. I am so upset. I tried ordering some pizzas and only got cash on me. I did everything to put the cash on delivery option but it's not even appearing. No its was not self collection. This was a delivery with no cash option. Now I'm just here, hungry, thanks to you Mr D

Worst customer service. Still waiting for them to resolve my issue after 2 weeks. Spoken to multiple customer service agents and been told different stories. They tell you they will follow up and then never do, have just been told to wait... Would rather use checkers 6060 where the customer service is at least competent enough to read your initial issue.

Had a slight issue with the app but it was quickly resolved and they communicate effectively and quickly. I ordered again and I'm satisfied. I'm simply updating my current dissatisfaction with the app not working in Chiawelo. I thought it would be my last hope since Uber eats has become a shadow of it's former self. I'll go up when it starts delivering in chiawelo.

HORRIBLE, worst experience ever. The drivers can never find my location, there is no way to communicate with the restaurant, you can't cancel orders or remove items from an order. You don't get your money back. I'M STICKING WITH UBER EATS BECAUSE MR D IS TERRIBLE

the app is much better then it used to be. only issue I have with it is the fact you have to pay the driver a tip before hand and can't pay them after they deliver. as my tip would often be based on their delivery performance and if my food gets squished.
