Mobiletech Rx developers are LAZY or just to STUPID. When invoices are closed out, they should move forward to the closing date instead of the origination date, but the developers probably can't figure out to program that into their app. Might be why they only have 10k downloads.......STAY AWAY!!!!!

Makes the job quick and efficient. From making estimates to closing invoices and getting paid, the whole sales process is easy so I can upsell and focus on doing the work. Invoices look really professional too! I wish I could save the vehicle info to the client's profile after a job, and it could be optimized better for tablets, but these don't take away from how great this app is.

Excellent app for Paintless dent repair and Hail technicians. No doubt great for other smart repair professionals too but I only use it for hail/PDR. It's fairly intuitive and without doubt helps me to make more money! Only down side is that you need a data connection to do pretty much anything. Monthly subscription seems steep but still value for Monet as it earns me more than it costs me. Would like to see a discounted annual subscription.

Awesome app, great for anyone in automotive work. However, not optimized for Canada or countries outside the United States. An example of this is that accepting payments through Stripe has not been streamlined and does not connect with an already made Stripe account very well. They are adding staff members all the time and do listen to suggestions made by customers.

used to be a good app. but apparently they would rather make a pretty looking app that doesnt f@*&ing work. i have to redo estimates 2 or 3 times. it crashes constantly, does not display properly, has tons of glitches. dont waste you time or your business' time and money on this. fix your app or give me the old version back. I have both ipad and Android, both with the newest update.... im honestly about to contact my lawyer and go after them for my wasted time and resources..

Works great for just billing but if you're trying to do any sort of tracking of how you actually make your money it does not work.. The integration with QuickBooks puts it into one item paint, dents ,tint and so on.. You would think as a software company that the options that they have available to choose from would also allow you to integrate those into QuickBooks. Example if you're painting a front bumper or a rear bumper or a quarter panel or just doing touch-up they all as paint in QB

Horrible for Android operating system. TONS of glitches. Have to re-input part or all of the estimate on a lot of the time. Doesn't save photo's the first time most of the time. VIN scanner rarely works. Very frustrating. 6/18/19 Updated app twice now and it's even worse. won't save pictures. Have to take 1 pic get out and go back in over and over to get them to save. Very Time consuming app.

Seems I've had better experience than other android users. Works well majority of the time. Couple little things don't ever work. When I input vehicles manually, I choose, year, make, model, but adding the color never stays. I have to skip the color input step, multiple times. Only after adding the Vin and stock number, and then add the color, will it stay. Thus I have to do unnecessary steps, multiple times. Vin scan works 80% on door jamb's but only 50% on windshield QR codes.
