I am disappointed with the app. With scheduling appointment has changed. I am no longer able to schedule an appointment with my doctor on the app. All have for choices is for scheduling mammogram; e-visits; immediate care video visits & find immediate care. What happened to being able schedule doctor visits?

I have been using this app since its inception. As I age, my medical records have become massive and complicated. The One Chart system works splendidly. I can track appointments, message providers, read test results, make payments, and so much more. I am truly delighted to have this ability. With the push of a button, you can add appointments to your calendar. I highly recommend using the One Chart app!

I like having quick access to my medical info using my phone. Inhave referenced it often while at home and while at UNMC. I especially like being able to see test results as soon as they have been completed. Don't need to talk to doctor or wait until next visit. One feature I had in a previous hospital system's app was ability to see a chart of test results over time. I could easily see current cholesterol, glucose, etc) and see on a chart if that was improvement from previous test.

The only thing I wish it would let me do is update exams, shots, and dates that I have received from my main doctor. It just stays at OVERDUE. Otherwise, it's a great app.

This is a cool app. My favorite feature is that it reminds me of my appointments. It also allows me to look at test results. I recommend this app!

Frustrating. Constantly unable to submit things to relevant people/departments. Repeatedly says an error has occurred and/or unable to submit at this time. Try again. Next, I provide a username, and a password. That is not enough!?! Next they pop up with a verification code I need to look at and enter to my portal. A six figure number I need to remember by memory and enter. All with a CHEMO brain! What about this sounds like a good idea!?! How many security gates do I need!
