Horrible app horrible company . I got my free sample galon a few dats ago . After buying the 10 coupons bundle . Than there is no visible way to use the coupons inside the app so logically i tried reaching iut to customer service . 3 days of trying and i was never able to speak to a representative nether on a call or on whatsapp . It would be much more convenient to just drive to the supermarket and exchange the water galons myself

The most important information, how much credit I have left, is barely visible. It should be the first thing I see. My criticism is off the app, not the water delivery, which is very good.

Pathetic app. I've been trying to add coupons to my cart and they won't appear. I tried calling 10 times and every time the customer support would hang up because they don't want to speak English or the problem scares them away.

For more than a month, I have been trying to sign in to the app. When I type my phone number, no OTP sent. When I enter the email and password, it says verify you are not a robot, however there is nothing to click on.

Broken. Buggy. Rude workers. Late deliveries. Update: Deliver driver is not responding. Can't order refills on the app... Only coupons. I emailed Nestle and they didn't respond. Why did you invite me to email you!?!? Terrible! 0/5 stars! I paid for a useless coupon book!!!

Worst website experience. I have wasted a lot of time. No workflow is defined properly. I have attempted to log in. It accepted my login and password. Then, it asks to confirm that I am not a robot. There is nothing on the screen to confirm it. When I want to take a screenshot to send it to their customer service department, the app has blocked option to take screenshot. Worst application.

One of the worst app I have ever used. Take multiple attempts to login. Placing an order is a challenge as the response is slow. Payment redirection mostly times-out. And even after 10 days of placing my order, my coupons are not added to my digital coupon account. Whenever I called to their help center, there is always this same person who helps me, which means their IT is dependent on this one person who is handling everything. This is not expected from a brand like Nestle. Very disappointing.

Very bad experience. The driver contacts you out of delivery working hours and the app is terrible keeps crashing and is extremely slow. Also when you want to put in app reviews it doesn't allow you and when you want to contact customer service also it is not available except the electronic ai method which is terrible. Bad experience I will not deal with them at all.
