Since the recent update to the app I type in one letter and it automatically searches, closing out the keyboard so if I need to put in more letters to find the name I have to go back in, get the keyboard back up and try and type a couple more letters before it does the same thing again. Also since the update if a resident has more than one package and we take a photo, it will not let you scroll down to click the submit button after the resident signs.

Use to work great, but as of two days ago I'm unable to capture pictures on my Android and move on with package log-in. I've uninstalled the app twice and restarted my phone, but nothing.

Used to work flawlessly, but now on Android it won't capture an image of package. iOS seems to still work though. OCR will capture image 50% of the time

The app crashes when i log packages in. I uninstalled it and downloaded it again but it's still crashing. It started doing it after the update.

The new update messed up photo capture when logging in/out packages again for android Edit: I deleted the app and redownload it and worked again
